LA FRONZINA
La Fronzina sits in the glorious, peaceful rolling hills of the magical Maremma, an authentic, wild region of Southern Tuscany midway between Rome and Pisa. The house is a lovingly-restored Nineteenth Century Farmhouse, surrounded by olive and cyprus trees, situated a twenty minute drive North East of Grosseto.
The house sleeps up to eleven people with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. There are three generous reception rooms and a large, well equipped kitchen, leading onto a terrace for al fresco dining. The highlight of the property is a stunning infinity pool, with incredible views over the surrounding hills and unbelievable sunsets. It has a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, an outdoor bathroom and lots of sun loungers. The house is a five minute drive from local shops, and twenty minutes from the local town of Grosseto which has everything you need. There are plenty of restaurants and trattorias within easy reach in the nearby hilltop towns and the coast is only forty minutes drive away.
